You shall not use the Platform to transmit or distribute unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or spam.
User Content and Conduct: a. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, share, or post on the Platform ("User Content"). b. User Content must comply with all applicable laws and regulations and must not infringe upon the rights of any third party. c. You shall not submit, share, or post any User Content that is offensive, defamatory, fraudulent, misleading, or obscene. d. Cybellium reserves the right to remove or disable any User Content that violates this Policy or is deemed inappropriate or harmful.
Intellectual Property Rights: a. Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not use the Platform to infringe upon any copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other proprietary rights. b. Do not upload, share, or distribute any content on the Platform that you do not have the necessary rights or permissions to use.
Compliance with Laws: a. You shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards while using the Platform. b. You shall not use the Platform for any activity that violates any local, national, or international laws.
Reporting Violations: a. If you become aware of any violation of this Policy or any misuse or abuse of the Platform, please promptly report it to Cybellium using the designated channels.
Consequences of Violation: a. Violation of this Policy may result in temporary or permanent suspension of your access to the Platform. b. Cybellium reserves the right to take legal action, if necessary, for violations of this Policy or applicable laws.
Changes to the Policy: a. Cybellium reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Policy on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the changes will constitute your acceptance of the revised Policy.
